I started my business in 1998, and work exclusively with traditional solid hardwood flooring. All work is carried out by myself and my small team of craftsmen. Between us we have more than 30 years of experience of working with wood flooring.

We renovate existing floors, sanding back and re-finishing, and also sympathetically restore old floors, producing custom-made parquetry panels, for example. As part of our service in laying new floors, we can provide a range of special finishes, including staining (colour matching when required), distressing, and matching existing flooring. I also deal with problem floors, including insurance claims for water damage, etc.

We use modern professional equipment to produce fine hardwood floors, and can offer a choice of finishes; from waxes and oils, to floor lacquers, and from full gloss to matt surfaces.

I do not have a showroom at present, but am happy to provide home visits with samples of the different woods available. A site visit is also the only way in which I can provide an accurate assessment of costs, but I do not charge for such visits.

My policy for customer service is:

	We always try to cause minimum disruption during installation, and clean up properly afterwards.
	I will personally check with every customer after installation to make sure they are satisfied, and provide full aftercare information.
	I will deal with any problems quickly, thoroughly, and fairly.
	I make appointments promptly and keep to them.
	I provide estimates quickly and in full detail.
	I return phone calls, faxes, e-mails or letters as quickly as possible.
